Look at the SB8 and today's deferral in Alabama. Roe has been the law of the land for a half century. The VRA longer than that. Who are they to decide that precedent and laws, particularly law that broaden democratic participation, no longer need be enforced because the don't like the outcomes? The concept of judicial restraint is right out the window.
